In 1989 he graduated from the Russian University of Cooperation.
In 1999 he received an MBA degree at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
More than ten years Mikhail worked as top-manager in manufacturing and trading companies. He has successful experience in development and business restructuring. At Unimilk company he made his career from Branch Manager to Chief Operating Officer.

In 2005 she graduated from High Correspondence Financial Institute with a degree in finance and credits.
Since 1993 to 1999 she worked in Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center, where she made her career from Accountant to Chief accountant.
Since 1999 to 2007 she worked at «Multon» company, where she made her career from Deputy Chief Accountant to CFO.
She was awarded with "Accounting glory of Russia" medal.
Since 2007 to 2009 she worked at «Аvangard Asset Management» company as CFO.
Since 2010 she works as Internal Control Director of Razgulay Group.

In 1999 she graduated with honours from the Moscow University of Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs degree in law.
From 1999 to 2002 she worked as a senior investigator in the Department of internal affairs.
In 2002 she came to Razgulay Sugar Company to the position of Senior legal adviser to the Directorate of acquisition and development of industrial enterprises.
Since May 2003 worked at Razgulay Group, where she made her career from Legal Counsel to the Head of the Corporate Law Department, Head of Legal Department.
Since 2010, she is Director of Legal Affairs Directorate of Razgulay Group.

She graduated with honours from the Kiev National University of Arts and Culture.
Until 2000 she worked at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in the Office for Cooperation with local authorities.
From 2001 to 2005 she led projects of industrial holdings ("Metalloinvest", "Turboyunion", "TENEX", "Rosenergoatom" and others), working in Moscow PR-agencies.
2006-2008. - Head of PR Department of gas company, "Integrated Energy Systems" ("Renova").
2008-2010. - Director of Development and Projects of Global Energy International energy prize under the patronage of the President of RF.
Since 2010 she is the Head of Strategic Communications Department of Razgulay Group.
