Staff department
     Personnel department develops and implements the centralized HR policy of “Razgulay” Group, the main course of which is to form and multiply human capital assets.
    HR policy of the Group is based on managing the following basic corporate tools:
1. forming and maintaining external and internal personnel reserve
2. motivation of the staff based on the objective evaluation and real work results of every employee
3. staff selection and hiring based on the corporate values
4. career building and professional advancement of the employees based on the corporate system of ranking
As well the personnel department implements a number of corporate programs aimed at the HR development of the Group. They are:

 the Program “Objective evaluation”

     “Razgulay” Group tries to help every employee to develop his or her personal and professional skills and competences regardless of the post in the company. The holding supports the wish of every employee to build up his career in the Group, the basic criteria of which are work effectiveness, employee’s potential and need for self-improvement.

    Besides the personnel department implements the program “Scholar” for the students and works on creating and improving the corporate culture, forming the active life philosophy of the staff.

    Another activity of the personnel department is the implementation of the social programs for the Group’s employees and veterans, including organization of the vacations and corporate holidays for the employees and their children.
