As the holder of controlling packet shares, Grain Company "Razgulay" controls 22 enterprises engaged in grain storage and processing. At some other enterprises the Company is a minor shareholder.

- grain storage: over 1,9 mil tons
- flour production: over 0,58 mil tons per year
- groats production: over 0.33 mil tons per year
- fodder production: over 0.6 mil tons per year

Zelenokumskiy grain elevator Built in 1922. At present moment it has grain storage capacity up to 90.000 tons; it can also store over 150.000 tons of grain. The Group purchased the elevator in 1999.

Svetlogradskiy grain elevator Built in 1924, occupies the area of 322.000 square meters. Currently it has grain storage capacity up to 150.000 tons of grain and oilseeds per year. The Group purchased the elevator in 1999.

Karachayevo-Cherkesskiy grain processing plant Built in 1986. The silos storage capacity - 60.000 tons. Grain warehouse capacity - around 50.000 tons. The plant's fodder unit can produce up to 700 tons per day. The Group purchased the plant in1999.

Dubovskiy grain elevator (Rostov Region) Built in 1966. Maximum storage capacity - 73.000 tons. The Group purchased the elevator in 1999.

Tsimlianskiy grain processing plant Built in 1959. Maximum storage capacity -115.000 tons. The Group purchased the plant in 1999.

Poltavskiy grain elevator Built in 1954. Maximum storage capacity -195.000 tons. Groats processing capacity - 470 tones per day. The Group purchased the elevator in 2000.

Lgovskiy grain processing plant Built in 1959. Maximum storage capacity - 28.000 tons. The fodder production capacity - 500 tons per day. The Group purchased the plant in 2000.

Rzhavskiy grain processing plant Built in 1940. It has 13 grain warehouses with maximum storage capacity of 33.900 tons. It can daily receive up to 1480 tons of grain carried by trucks or rail transport and to ship up to 560 tons per day. The Group purchased the plant in 2000.

The "Bobrovskiy Hercules" elevator Built in 1973. Processing output - up to 200 tones of millet or 60 tones of buckwheat per day as well as up to 100 tones of oats. Maximum storage capacity - 103.000 tons. The Group purchased the elevator in 2001.

Bugulminskiy grain elevator Built in 1912. Total storage capacity of silos and grain warehouses -132.700 tons with possible increase up to 150.000 tons. The Group purchased the elevator in 1999.

Bugulminskiy grain processing plant № 2 Built in 1989. Total storage capacity - 46.900 tons including 43.600 tones of grain storage capacity. Maximum wheat processing output - up to 500 tons per day.

The "Rudny Klad" elevator (Orenburg region) Built in 1963. It has 6 grain warehouses and a silo. Maximum storage capacity -138.000 tons. It can daily receive up to 3500 tons of grain transported by trucks and rail transport and to ship up to 3500 tons per day. The Group purchased the elevator in 2001.

Starodubskiy grain elevator (Stavropol region) Built in 1946. It has 14 grain warehouses with maximum storage capacity - 75.000 tons. It can daily receive up to 2500 tons of grain carried by trucks or rail transport and to ship up to 700 tons per day. The Group purchased the elevator in 2000.

Podolsk experimental grain processing plant (Moscow region) Built in 1934. Maximum grain processing output - 250 tons per day. Maximum storage capacity - 25000 tons. Purchased by the Group in 2002.

Kolomna grain processing plant. (Moscow region) Built in 1903. Maximum grain processing output - 120 tons per day. Maximum storage capacity - 17000 tons. Purchased by the Group in 2002.

OJSC «Kondopozhjskiy grain plant» (Karelian republic) The plant started its activity in 1983, the elevator and the mill in 1989. The plant is able to process 630 tons of grain per day. Grain mill output – 500 tons per day. Grain storage capacity - 72000 tones.

OJSC «Bread base №63» The warehouses was built in 1925. Processing capacities of the base allow daily: to store 126 900 tons of grain; to produce 5 tones of flour; to bake 1000 bred items; to produce 100 kg of macaroons; can load on a railroad transport up to 1500 tons of grain; to receive up to 2500 tons of grain carried by trucks. The Group purchased the base in 2004.

OJSC “Shipunovskiy elevator” The elevator started its activity in 1920. Processing capacities of the elevator allow daily: millet and peas output - up to 30 tons of grain; barley and wheat - up to 15 tons. To tore 200700 tons of grain. To receive up to 7000-8000 tons of grain carried by trucks and rail transport. To ship on trucks or rail transport up to 1500 tons of grain. To dry up to 6720 tons of grain. The Elevator is under control of Grain company "Razgulay" since 2004.

OJSC "Russko-Polianskiy elevator" The production facilities were put into activity in 1964 . The elevator’s capacities allow daily : to provide a turnover of goods up to 100 thousand tons of grain, to store 48200 tons of grain, to receive daily up to 5 400 tons carried by trucks or rail transport, to dry up to 2 180 tons of grain. The bakery output is about 250 rolls per day. The elevator was purchased by the Group in 2004.

OJSC “Kineshemskiy flour milling plant” Built in 1925-1930. Production output - up to 41 500 tons. The Group has a blocking share of the enterprise. The administrative control was established in 2000.

OJSC “Slavjanskiy grain processing plant” Built in 1923. Maximum grain storage capacity - 40.000 tons. Maximum storage capacity of rice - 111.000 tones. The Group purchased the plant in 2006.

OJSC “Davlekanovskiy grain plant № 1” Located in Davlekanovo city of The Republic of Bashkortostan nearby Dyoma river. The enterprise occupies square 22 ha. It is equipped with motor and railways. The main fields of its activity: grain storage; grain flour production.
